¡¡¡¡The National Basic Foreign Language Teaching Research Centre (NBFLTRC) is a nation wide legitimate educational institution, which consists of educational and teaching experts, scholars, foreign language teachers and EFL researchers of foreign languages at different levels around China.NBFLTRC(TEFLª²CHINA) has set up cooperative relationships with various international organizations of foreign language teachers, such as IATEFL (International Association of Teachers of English as a Foreign Language) and Teachers of English to Speakers of Other Languages(TESOL), and its secretariat is located at the headquarters of English Coaching Paper.
¡¡¡¡Established in December 1997, the main body of NBFLTRC(TEFLª²CHINA)consists of a Committee, Standing Committee Working Groups and Academic Committees in all provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities.Many opportunities have been created for foreign language teachers and prizes have been awarded to students; many results of EFL research have been applied into practice in foreign language teaching, and therefore the qualification, teaching skills and teaching research level will be raised; the cause of China's foreign language education will be further developed.
