8.Procedures for Participation in the Exhibition
aaaa1)Please fill in the contract for participation in the exhibition before mailing or faxing to the organizer¬ðs secretariat,and confirming receipt by telephone;
aaaa2)Pleast remit 100£¥ or 75£¥ of the exhibition fee within seven days after registration to the account appointed by the organizer,and fax to the organizer¬ðs secretariat the receipt of payment to the bank and your request for the opening of the invoice from the organizer.
aaaa3)¡°Exhibition Participant's Manual¡± and the relevant conference materials will be mailed to you by the organizer after receipt of the total exhibition fee or booking fee,you will be also informed of the accommodation concerned,the placement will be arranged on a first come first served basis.The organizer will retain some minor adjustment of placement.
aaaa4)The organizing comittee will respond to participants about the arrangement of exhibition units in details on 10th of July.
aaaa5)Participants are expected to mail the relevant materials to the organizing committee before the 18th of July.

15.Information for Participation in the Exhibition
aaaa1) Participants must obey the unified administration of the workers of the Organizing Committee;
aaaa2) Participants must make an application beforehand if they have a special request for extra power or other facilities, and transact proper procedures on the general reception desk. Private power connection is strictly prohibited. The qualification for the power supply will be cancelled if a violation occurrs.
aaaa3) It is strictly prohibited to put anything in the lift or at the entrance to the lift, or anywhere outside the exhibit location. Procedure transaction for deposit is required if there are things to be deposited.
aaaa4) It is strictly prohibited to apply fire, or take anything flammable or explosible into the exhibition hall, access can be given only when the flameª²resistant and fireª²proofing coating are applied to the materials. The responsibility will be borne by those who have violated the regulations about fire control and public security.
aaaa5) It is strictly prohibited to strike nails, draw something or chisel holes on the wall of the buildings for the exhibition, or on the other exhibition facilities during the exhibition. Economic responsibility will be borne by the violators for the relevant damages.

16.Notice for Exhibition
aaaa1) Participants are expected to enter the exhibition hall 30 minutes before opening time and remain in until all the visitors leave the hall;
aaaa2) Participants should take care of their own valuables, especially individual property.Be sure to take away your personal valuables upon the close of the exhibition every day;
aaaa3) Please keep the exhibition hall clean, put waste into dustbins, participants are not allowed to dine where the exhibition is.

17.Notice for Withdrawal of Exhibits
aaaa1 The withdrawal of exhibits will be totally arranged by the organizer,the exhibits cannot be removed casually without the organizer's permission.
aaaa2Participant's should take their own posters upon withdrawal of exhibits,the exhibition facilities must be compensated according to their normal price if damaged.
aaaa3 Neither smoking nor loud noise is allowed in the exhibition hall.
aaaa4 Participants are not allowed to remain in the exhibition hall after the withdrawal of the exhibits.
